Job Summary:

The Program Manager, LTSS will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic planning and readiness activities for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs. Prior to program implementation, this position will lead and coordinate pre-procurement, and operational readiness efforts, RFA/RFP response development, cross-functional project management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning on behalf of the Population Health department. Upon LTSS award, the Program Manager will oversee program performance, regulatory compliance, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration across clinical, operational, network, and community-based teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery and positive member outcomes. This position requires strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of Medicaid managed care and LTSS programs.

Job Duties:

Provide day-to-day oversight, including administration, implementation, supervision, communication and strategy of the program. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Develops new programs or expands and manages existing programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals and initiatives are achieved.
