As with all members of the Enterprise Technology team, this role carries core responsibilities, including fostering a sense of belonging and cultivating a culture that is relational, visionary, and empowering. With a strong emphasis on authenticity and compassion, this position is dedicated to embodying and advancing our culture.

Position Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $90,000; DOE

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain an authoritative portfolio of LMS services, integrations, vendors, owners, costs, dependencies, audiences, support models, and lifecycle status; establish consistent practices for intake, evaluation, prioritization, implementation readiness, periodic review, and retirement.

  • Identify decisions requiring executive direction; gather and validate the academic, business, technical, financial, accessibility, security, privacy, support, and user-experience information needed for informed decisions; and prepare concise, decision-ready materials describing options, tradeoffs, risks, resource implications, and recommendations.

  • Translate approved decisions into accountable implementation plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, communications, and success measures; monitor progress, resolve or escalate barriers, document outcomes, and confirm completion.

  • Coordinate intake, review, piloting, production decisions, and lifecycle reviews for LMS integrations and connected learning tools, including decisions on expansion, restriction, replacement, or retirement.

  • Maintain vendor relationships, service commitments, renewal dates, escalation paths, and decision history; coordinate vendor reviews, roadmap discussions, and follow-up actions with procurement, financial, technical, and academic partners.

  • Develop and maintain portfolio measures and reporting covering service health, adoption, support demand, change performance, integration status, cost, risk, and user experience; use evidence to identify improvement priorities and track corrective actions through completion.

  • Coordinate evaluation of AI-enabled LMS functionality and emerging digital learning resources, ensuring appropriate consideration of intended outcomes, affected populations, data practices, accessibility, operational dependencies, support requirements, and measures of success.

  • Leverage AI in routine tasks and contribute ideas for using AI to improve the unit’s efficiency and overall performance.

  • Take responsibility for fostering a positive culture, upholding organizational values, and championing engagement in all its forms.

  • Collaborate across teams and actively participate in ET/ASU events and programs.

Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting complex projects, programs, service portfolios, or operational initiatives in a higher-education, technology, or similarly collaborative environment.

    • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, such as technical teams, faculty, researchers, instructional designers, academic partners, or operations teams.
