Role- SAP Program Director
Location- Hunt Valley, MD


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary PMO lead and strategic advisor to the Client Program Sponsor and HRO leadership team for all HR programs at Client that have Wipro involvement
  • Provide overall governance and oversight of HR programs
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Conduct program reviews and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, quality, and budget objectives. Escalate critical risks, issues, and dependencies requiring executive attention.
  • Lead / Participate in steering committee meetings and governance forums. Ensure cross-functional coordination among client, vendor, and rollout teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance to accelerate program outcomes and risk mitigation.
  • Manage / coordinate all SoW's and CR's, pricing related discussions
  • Manage budgets and timelines adherence at an overall level
  • Negotiate Rate cards, SoW's, contracts with Procurement teamBuild strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Own the end-to-end account P&L
  • Drive large, multi-year deals across different domains
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, consulting, and alliances
  • Oversee delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $277,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
