The Program Manager will report to the Head of Advisor Platform Product. As a Program Manager with Kestra Holding you will manage all aspects of different projects within the broker dealer. You will help provide programs that support the organizations strategic plans and vision. You will work with business sponsors, technical sponsors, and all other supporting functions to provide high-quality deliverables that track timelines, status, risks and issues.
What you'll Do:- Manage all projects constraints, with focus on scope, time, risk, and change.
- Develop project plans using Kestra's choice of software and tools for doing so.
- Manage many different sized project teams in a matrix-structured environment.
- Manage project team meetings, scheduling, risks, and delivery.
- Provide regular project communications to all levels of the company, including some presentations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and review. Occasionally help develop project requirements to meet the needs.
- Provide support to business stakeholders in the form of operational readiness plans including but not limited to: activities related to testing, training and change management communications.
- Understand all current Advisor Platform projects from a company strategic level and a technical delivery perspective.
- Support production of monthly Steer Co decks for Executive Leadership
- Provide and promote integrity and leadership throughout the life of projects representing business philosophies, protocols, and standards.
- Tactically organize and structure activities.
- Presentation and meeting facilitation
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs.
- Project management experience related to software development
- Financial services experience
- Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with at least 4 full life cycle projects, from analysis to completion.
- Familiarity with .NET framework.
- Desktop and Internet-based applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as WealthBox and/or Redtail is a plus.
- A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs.
- Customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or a similar client-facing role preferred
