Work Schedule and Location
  • On-Site Requirement: Hybrid on-site in Falls Church, Virginia.
  • Clearance Requirement: Current or obtainable Public Trust security clearance required.


Who You Are & What You'll Do

As the Program Manager / ISD Training Instructor, you will serve as the primary leader and subject matter expert responsible for the daily operation and successful performance of this contract. You will operate with full authority to manage contract matters, ensuring seamless communication with government leadership (CO and COR) during core business.

Beyond project management, you will actively shape the learner experience by designing, developing, and delivering curriculum tailored to the complex Defense and healthcare landscapes. Combining instructional design expertise with engaging facilitation skills, you will lead both physical classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience developing and delivering training, specifically within the Defense and/or healthcare landscapes.
  • Instructional Track Record: Proven experience as a training instructor, preferably in a Defense or Defense health environment.
  • Instructional Expertise: Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, with direct experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Delivery Platforms: High proficiency in delivering virtual instructor-led training (via MS Teams or comparable platforms), including hands-on management of live engagement features (chat, whiteboards, polls) while presenting.
  • Core Capabilities: Exceptional curriculum development, project management, and professional communication skills necessary to act as the primary contractor authority.
