Full Job Description
Seeking a highly-organized and strategic Lead Program Manager to drive execution across multiple workstreams, foster team alignment, and ensure seamless communication within the team and with key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in maintaining visibility across diverse initiatives and enabling the team to operate efficiently and effectively, while also operating independently to deliver on their own projects/tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Executive Presentation Development: Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive audiences. Translate complex information into visually compelling and easily digestible formats.
• Reporting & Data Management: Develop and interpret reports using Excel, applying basic functions and formulas. Track and manage organization-wide status of belt certifications and training completions at scale.
• Event Planning/Coordination: Plan and manage events, including logistics, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Also maintains registration updates, send communications, and ensure a well-balanced team calendar. Monitor for overbookings or conflicting events to maintain flow and focus.
• Strategic Communications: Design and implement a communication strategy that aligns with the team's branding and persona. Collaborate with stakeholders to amplify team initiatives and messages across diverse audiences and platforms.
• Training Facilitation: Support training events by managing presentation materials, distributing key resources, and providing a welcoming, organized presence to guide participants during sessions.
• SharePoint Site Management: Build and maintain the team's SharePoint site using sound design principles. Ensure the site remains up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with team needs and branding.
• Team Enablement: Oversee team deliverables, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Rhythm of Business: Establish and manage the team's operating cadence, including regular syncs and planning sessions.
• Resource Navigation: Act as the go-to person for team members seeking guidance, resources, or clarity on processes and priorities.
