Location: Pennsylvania, USAs a Program Manager, you will:We are looking for a senior person at onshore to lead / program manage multiple streams for a Large HC customer. This role demands a unique blend of technical depth, program governance expertise, and exceptional client relationship management. We are looking for a 16-to-20-year experienced leader with the following skillset.
Candidate must have skills:- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the client organization
- Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with business and IT leaders
- Understand client priorities and proactively align delivery and innovation roadmaps
- Lead strategic discussions, QBRs, and executive briefings
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams and teams
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with contractual obligations and client expectations
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with a proactive mindset
- Leverage deep understanding of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, payer-provider workflows, HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Guide solution architecture discussions and ensure technical feasibility
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in healthcare and digital transformation
- Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion, innovation, and value creation
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals, renewals, and new initiatives
- Develop and maintain account plans, growth strategies, and stakeholder maps
- Should have led GenAI implementations.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $ 118,500 - $ 139,000 Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
