Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Assets and Facilities' Management, in Irving, Texas.

This is a non bagaining unit position.

As a Program Manager, you will perform the following duties:

  • Directs an organization responsible for a variety of diverse programs and/or services;
  • Plans, directs, coordinates, controls and evaluates the activities of subordinate organizations;
  • Determines goals and objectives that need additional emphasis; AND
  • Makes recommendations for program improvement.

Supervisory Probationary Period: This is a supervisory position. Under provisions of the Civil Service Reform Act, first time supervisors and/or managers will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period. You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
