Job Summary
Implements and administers one or more programs for an association, non-profit, or similar organization. Program Managers are strategic individuals who supervises groups of projects and focuses on long term business objectives. Serves as a leader of authority with expert level knowledge in one or more areas. Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations. Plans, organizes and guides projects and subordinate employees. May be called on to consult in other areas.
Primary Duties

37Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization9s target population and that are in alignment with the organizations stated mission.
37Supervises the work of program staff to ensure the quality of service is provided.
37Assist in the development of customized solutions to individual client needs.
37Participates in program evaluation by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance matrix.
37Ensures all services provided are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
37Serves as a liaison between the customer and supplier for product sourcing.
37Implement project management proficiencies by creating schedules, deliverables, and identifying new available resources.
37Complete in an accurate and timely manner, all evaluation/assessment reports, progress reports, case notes, incident reports, attendance, and other supporting documentation.
37Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
37Required: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
37Required: Five (5) years of related experience can be substituted for a Bachelor9s degree.
37Security Clearance and background check requirements, if applicable are determined by the contract.
37Required: Valid driver9s license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
37Preferred: Experience working with people with disabilities.
37Preferred: One (1) year of direct management experience.

37Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
37Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
37Ability to set priorities for self, team, and peers, and adjust when priorities change.
37Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software such as ZOOM and Microsoft Teams.
37Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to new information and guidance quickly.
37Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
37Detail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest levels of accuracy.
37Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
37Excellent customer service skills (phone and in person).

This position is primarily performed in an office, community, or remote work environment and requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. The employee may occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds, travel locally for meetings, trainings, or program activities, and move between work locations. Frequent use of vision, hearing, and manual dexterity is required to complete administrative, supervisory, and documentation responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
