What Success Looks Like (Objectives)- Lead the end-to-end creation, management, and execution of comprehensive project plans while proactively mitigating risks and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate new offers, programs, and proposals from a Direct Sales perspective to identify operational gaps, protect site-readiness, and defend the customer experience
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Direct Sales in cross-functional forums, maintaining deep domain knowledge to advocate for optimal agent and customer outcomes
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and root cause investigations by combining complex data sets, call recordings, and qualitative feedback to eliminate systemic operational gaps
- Translate complex analytics, performance trends, and project statuses into clear, actionable, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership
- Design and direct internally driven initiatives that leverage AI utilities to solve customer and business problems and optimize performance

Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
