Full Job Description
Overview

To develop, implement, improve, and manage assigned programs. The Program Manager I is
responsible for the overall success for the assigned program(s) and their role extends beyond
completion of individual tasks. Programs are ongoing, which may include aligned projects and
requires strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts after program startup.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day to day duties of assigned program(s); including data entry,
tracking, and reporting.
• Reviews program data accuracy, completeness, and required submissions.
• Oversees program email inbox. Ensures items are handled in a timely manner.
• Oversees completion of invoice review and payment through established processes.
• Monitors system level reports developed for programs. Summarizes observations and
conclusions to make recommendations to leadership.
• Attends program meetings and follows-up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables
and action items.
• Plans, coordinates and facilitates events, conferences, and webinars.
• Develops and publishes agendas, meeting minutes, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinates, facilitates and leads both internal and external meetings.
• Develops and publishes communication/updates to program stakeholders.
• Responsible for the development of stakeholder reports on defined schedule.
• Communicates program outcomes and potential risks to all levels of leadership.
• Responsible for program evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of new and assigned programs and their
associated processes.
• Participates in the design, implementation, and/or expansion of strategic programs and
departmental initiatives.
• Utilizes established software, tools, and resources needed for program execution and
oversight
• Utilizes online collaboration applications.
• Leads user demos, trainings and setup as assigned
• Maintains documentation per department specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of relevant program
management experience required. In lieu of degree, a minimum of
three (3) years of relevant experience to include a minimum of two (2)
years program management experience will be considered.

Special Skills, Licenses andCertifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interpret and
articulate program requirements to involved stakeholders. Exceptional
interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships across all levels within the
organization. Detail-oriented. Strong organization skills with ability to
prioritize assignments and manage time effectively. Strong decisionmaking, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Able to work
under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving
environment. Adaptable to a continuous changing environment.
Working knowledge of project/program management methodologies
required. Proficient experience in use of various computer system
software including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio,
and PowerPoint. Valid California driver's license and proof of current
automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required to
operate a vehicle and travel for company business.

Performance Based Competencies

Knowledge of business practices and protocols with ability to access
data and information using automated systems. Ability to participate in
team based projects. Strong organizational skills with ability to
prioritize assignments and maintain effective filing systems and meet
deadlines. Strong attention to detail; critical thinking/listening and
communication skills.

Work Environment And Physical Demands

More than 50% of work time is spent using a desktop computer. When
necessary, the ability to lift, carry, or move objects of varying size,
weighing up to 10 lbs.

HIRING RANGE:

$88,154.59 - $110,193.23
