Position Summary

The Program Manager, Human Resources role within the North America Service Business division involves leading and coordinating cross-functional HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities from planning through execution.

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of HR programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
  • Coordinate initiatives across areas such as talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Develop processes, tools, and documentation to improve the efficiency and consistency of HR programs.
  • Track program performance and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop solutions to keep programs on track.
  • Support change management and employee communications related to new HR programs, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure HR programs are implemented consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Continuously evaluate programs and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, business needs, and performance data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Compensation for this role for a candidate based in NYC is expected to be between $130,000 and $150,000, but may be higher or lower in other regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
