What You Will Do:
  • The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of complex technology initiatives supporting federal contracts.
  • Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, including application modernization, platform enhancements, cloud solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, system integrations, and operational improvements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Federal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives, business outcomes, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the execution and delivery of multiple technology initiatives across the program lifecycle, from planning through deployment and operational transition.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate activities across Agile teams, technical workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and engineering teams to align business priorities with technical delivery.
  • Manage program scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support delivery of AWS-hosted applications, cloud services, integrations, and Python-based solutions.
  • Oversee release planning, operational readiness, deployment activities, and transition to support teams.
  • Monitor program health through dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and executive briefings.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Federal, contractor, and vendor teams.


What You Will Need:
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status is required.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology programs or projects.
  • Experience delivering software development, cloud, systems integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, change, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or traditional delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, cloud environments, cybersecurity, testing, release management, and operational readiness.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Python-based applications.
  • Ability to understand technical architectures, integrations, security requirements, and delivery dependencies.
  • Experience developing governance processes, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP or PMP related certification.
  • Experience supporting Federal government or highly regulated technology programs.
  • Experience leading delivery of AWS-hosted applications, APIs, integrations, DevSecOps, or cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor environments and large-scale technology programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, identity and access management, and data exchange solutions.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, user adoption, training, and transition-to-operations activities.
  • Familiarity with Federal cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and compliance requirements.


The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
