Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

Responsibilities for this Position
The Program Manager is an experienced leader with direct accountability for program execution and customer relationships, along with regular visibility to GDMS leadership. In this role, you will lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and guide a cross-functional matrix organization in developing, defining, and executing cohesive program, product, subcontractor, material, and business plans. These plans will support the near- and long-term objectives of the program, business unit, and division.
You will identify resource requirements; establish and maintain integrated, work-breakdown-structure (WBS)-based budget and schedule baselines; and monitor performance against those plans. You will ensure the rate of work completion supports program schedules and delivery commitments. Success in this role requires balancing program risks and opportunities, developing executable strategies to meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements, and leading cross-functional teams focused on delivering exceptional products and outcomes for our customers.
