DescriptionThe Program Manager shall be directly responsible for or offer oversight of a team directly responsible for meeting the daily on-site needs of supporting government personnel.
This may include:
PROGRAM:
- Host Distinguished Senior Government Leadership
- Support Site Visits, Maintain Escort Lists, Track Site Access
- Attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings with production of meeting minutes
- Deliver Command Level Briefings and Command Operations Report
- Onboard/Offboard new Command personnel
- Plan and lead Command events
- Create and distribute Command Awards
- Process and manage Command shipment requests or shipment arrivals/deliveries to support Command
- Complete zone inspections, maintain warehouse assets, transport packages between sites
- Initiate actions regarding the handling of classified and unclassified materials
- Submission of monthly progress reports to contracting team
- Maintain program staffing, post vacancies, interview candidates
FINANCIAL
- Upkeep of financial accounting in required on-site trackers
- Report weekly to contracting team on financial planning; Submission of monthly financial reports to contracting team
- Track Modules, Allocations, Requirements, Line Funding, Period of Performances
- Track WALLR and PoP ceiling

Requirements- Master's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
- 17+ years of experience in related business management or finance field, related experience of in-depth specialized knowledge with DoD/DON programs. Industry or Government technical management, and Industry or Government business management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management.
- Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command.
- Eligible for a Secret security clearance.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.
