General DescriptionWe are looking for a Program Manager under Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance to support the effective execution of the Enterprise Architecture program. The role coordinates technology governance operations, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, supports reporting and practice visibility, and ensures governance activities are executed efficiently and consistently across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate Enterprise Architecture program planning activities, objectives, and progress tracking across program workstreams and participating teams.
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, commitments, and action items requiring leadership visibility.
- Coordinate recurring forums and other division-wide operational activities to support alignment across workstreams, including agendas, action items, and follow-up.
- Consolidate program metrics, accomplishments, and highlights for leadership reporting and practice visibility.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, summaries, and communications.
- Maintain the governance work plan, priorities, backlog, schedules, dependencies, and status across governance initiatives.
- Track governance document development, review and approval activities.
- Coordinate publication, communications, adoption and lifecycle management activities for governance documents.
- Maintain Enterprise Architecture repositories, collaboration platforms, and practice information, including SharePoint content and governance documentation.
- Coordinate responses to audit, regulatory, compliance, and governance-related information requests.
EducationBachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in program management, project management, governance operations, business operations, process management, or a related function.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Strong planning, organization, facilitation, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work, dependencies, approvals, publication activities, and multiple concurrent priorities.
- Experience maintaining work plans, backlogs, schedules, repositories, metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
- Ability to identify blockers, escalate issues appropriately, and drive timely follow-through without direct authority.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint; experience with workflow, ticketing, reporting, or collaboration tools is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, technology governance, architecture governance, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or audit support is a plus.
- Program or project management certification is a plus.
