Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by directing them to suitable Emerald services.
  • Forecast revenue by account in collaboration with the site Lead PM.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality, and communication.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to meet their expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  • Facilitate team meetings, document and address issues, and update stakeholders on program status.
  • Oversee program-related decisions to align with customer contracts and commercial agreements.

Full Job Description
The Program Manager is a strategic project management professional who supports customer projects. The Program Manager is responsible for relationship management, customer satisfaction, tactical business execution, and commercial and contract management for assignments involving smaller- to mid-size customers.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:
  • Relationship Management:
    • Understands Emerald offerings and directs the customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Emerald services.
    • Works with site Lead PM to provide revenue forecasting by account.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
    • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (On-time Delivery, Quality, Communication)
    • Provide verbal and written communication to customers to ensure expectations are met.
  • Tactical Business Execution:
    • Serve as the primary site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Conduct team meetings, document issues, and proactively keep internal and external customers informed of status and overall status of the program.
  • Commercial/Contract Management:
    • Works with site Lead PM to manage all program-related decisions and ensure alignment to the terms and conditions of the customers' contract (On-Time delivery, A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs).
