  • Manage program-related decisions in alignment with customer contract terms.

Full Job Description
The Program Manager is a strategic project-management professional who works on customer projects in a support role. The Program Manager is responsible for relationship management, customer satisfaction, tactical business execution, and commercial and contract management for assignments that include smaller to mid-size customers.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:
  • Relationship Management:
    • Understands Emerald offerings and directs the customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Emerald services.
    • Works with site Lead PM to provide revenue forecasting by account.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
    • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (On-time Delivery, Quality, Communication)
    • Provide verbal and written communication to customers to ensure expectations are met.
  • Tactical Business Execution:
    • Serve as the primary site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Conduct team meetings, document issues, and proactively keep internal and external customers informed of status and overall status of the program.
  • Commercial/Contract Management:
    • Works with site Lead PM to manage all program-related decisions and ensure alignment to the terms and conditions of the customers' contract (On-Time delivery, A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs).

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Schedule is determined based on business needs and coverage requirements. Hours may vary, and flexibility is expected to ensure adequate support for operations. Typical coverage is Monday through Friday, but occasional adjustments may be required.

Work Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
