As aProgram Manager in the EHS Solutions and Enablement Team, you will lead cross-functional programs end-to-end translating high-level strategic roadmaps into structured, measurable operational initiatives. You will manage multi-disciplinary workstreams spanning global data center operations, environmental compliance, risk mitigation, and technology modernization. This role acts as a primary facilitator across the EHS business to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with high organizational adoption.

  • Author comprehensive project charters, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and milestone roadmaps.
  • Manage schedule dependencies, proactive risk mitigation, and milestone delivery across distributed global teams.
  • Facilitate governance through the EHS Change Control Board (CCB), stage gates, and leadership project status reviews.
  • Apply the EHS Change Management Framework (CMF) to ensure operational readiness, training deployment, and field adoption for new policies and tools.
