What will your typical day look like?

The Global Sustainability and Infrastructure team is part of Deloitte Global. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy, and self-motivated individual who is experienced in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs within a collaborative, global environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business priorities, capability building, and transformational learning experiences.

Executive Projects
• Design and manage global, cross-functional projects on Infrastructure workstreams, with clear outcomes and impact tracking.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans delivered across multiple member firms and geographies, industries and sectors, and offerings.

Chief of Staff Support
• Act as a thought partner to Global Sustainability and Infrastructure leadership, supporting agenda setting, operating cadence, decision tracking, and follow-through, with a particular focus on the Infrastructure market.
• Orchestrate and support Infrastructure governance and operating forums for Infrastructure leadership, including agenda design, materials, synthesis, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Connect Infrastructure strategy, execution, and communications to ensure leadership priorities translate into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the development of executive-ready materials, including PowerPoint presentations, narratives, and briefing packs, translating complex Infrastructure priorities into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership, governance forums, and key stakeholders.

Marketplace Strategy and Activation
• Implement and advance the Global Infrastructure go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with Deloitte's global priorities and the Sustainability & Infrastructure Growth Offering (SGO).
• Partner with leaders across key geographies to identify strategic client opportunities, strengthen relationships, and embed coordinated Infrastructure capabilities in priority markets.

Team Leadership, People Management & Collaboration
• Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams through clear direction, actionable feedback, and individualized development.
• Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships across geographies, industries, and enabling functions to deliver shared objectives.

The Global Sustainability and Infrastructure team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our sustainability and infrastructure services

Enough about us, let's talk about you
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or corporate roles, ideally with global and multi-market exposure.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with infrastructure, industries, capital projects, or large-scale programs preferred, though not a requirement for the role.
• Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure challenges and opportunities across key industries.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information, develop GTM and financial models, and translate strategy into execution across global teams.
• Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams, with strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and influence.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure technologies and AI or analytics platforms, with the ability to drive standardization and automation in practical applications.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
