Responsibilities

  • Supervise all personnel associated with the contract.
  • Manage operational scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across all posts.
  • Be available for rapid response during emergencies.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the quality control plan.
  • Act as the primary client liaison for all program-related activities, ensuring adherence to specified standards.
  • Maintain accountability for all equipment and property associated with the contract.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and state regulations.
  • Develop and revise local Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
  • Plan projects effectively, setting objectives and managing resources within budget constraints.
  • Conduct program management reviews as part of company policy.

Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for overall program management and the primary POC for the client and corporate personnel. In addition to providing project and personnel oversight and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager oversees and manages security operations centers (SOCs).

PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION

$120,000 ANNUALLY

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract
  • Manage the operational schedule to ensure that all posts have coverage per the contract.
  • Be available to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance
  • Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements
  • Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded
  • Ensure that all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirements
  • Develop and update local SOPs as required
  • Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget
  • Conduct Corporate Program Management Reviews
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizen with current active, Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required
  • Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience serving as a Security Operations Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive information in a changing environment
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) required
