Job Summary:

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Program Manager, Community Benefit Reporting for a full-time position working 8-hour day shifts. We are looking for a qualified and driven professional to join our team in Roseville, CA. This role requires an individual who can work onsite and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to support community benefit reporting initiatives, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.

The Community Health Program Manager supports systemwide Community Impact planning and reporting activities by coordinating enterprise timelines, communications, and deliverables across Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), Community Health Improvement Strategies (CHISs), Annual Updates, and Physician Needs Assessments (PNAs). The role serves as the primary project manager for the PNA process and supports alignment across Community Impact workstreams, ensuring consistent execution, communication, and reporting across Adventist Health communities. Working closely with Community Impact program managers, market teams, Shared Services departments, and external partners, this role helps maintain portfolio visibility, coordination, and accountability across key Community Impact initiatives.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Two years' relevant experience in program management/community health strategy: Required
  • One year leadership experience: Preferred


Essential Functions:
  • Enterprise Portfolio Coordination: Own and maintain the enterprise calendar for CHNA, CHIS, Annual Update, and PNA cycles. Coordinate timelines, communications, dependencies, and deliverables across Community Impact workstreams. Partner with Community Impact program managers, Shared Services departments, university partners, and market teams to support successful execution of enterprise priorities.
  • Physician Needs Assessment (PNA) Project Management: Serve as the primary project manager for the PNA process, coordinating planning activities, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and reporting requirements. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of PNA deliverables and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Communications & Resource Management: Draft and distribute systemwide updates, guidance, resources, and reminders related to Community Impact activities. Maintain shared resource libraries, templates, and tools to support consistent implementation across markets. Serve as a primary point of contact for market questions related to Community Impact timelines, resources, and processes.
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned: Provide project management, coordination, and operational support for CHNA, CHIS, Annual Update, and other Community Impact initiatives as needed.
