Program Manager for our Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Grant Program (BCCH). As Program Manager, you'll serve as the driving force behind PeaceHealth's Breast, Cervical, and Colon Health Program, balancing leadership, community engagement, operations, and financial stewardship. You'll oversee grant funding, monitor budgets and reporting, guide a small team, and work closely with the Washington Department of Health to ensure the program continues to expand its reach and impact throughout Southwest Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Maximizes community impact through collaboration with related agencies and through development of a substantial volunteer program.
- Evaluates patient needs for support services, prevention programs and early detection program.
- Develop, monitor, and manage grant budgets.
- Track expenditures and ensure spending aligns with grant requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and identify budget variances.
- Prepare financial reports for DOH and PeaceHealth leadership.
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to support long-term program sustainability and fiscal stewardship.
- Coordinates and participates in meetings, site visits, and calls with DOH, CDC/NBCCEDP, and community partners.

QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Experience in public health, population health, grants administration, healthcare operations, community outreach, or similar settings preferred.
- Leadership, relationship-building, and community engagement experience highly valued.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and grant finances preferred.
- Experience managing state or federal grants is helpful but not required.
Leadership Responsibilities- Directly supervises two team members.
- Provides leadership, operational oversight, care coordination support, grant administration, compliance monitoring, budgeting, reporting, and community partnership development.
