We are looking for a Program Manager who will own the end-to-end scope, management, and delivery of scalable programs supporting the Compliance Operations and Regulatory Response (CORR) team. Operating in a fast-moving environment, your goal will be to improve efficiency to delight customers. You will interact with both technology and business leaders across the organization at all levels. The successful candidate has a solid program management background, experience with industry standards, and a track record of applying project management best practices to drive operational efficiency and program delivery excellence. This role will manage multiple workstreams while ensuring seamless execution of established processes and programs.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives and manage all aspects of multiple work-streams (e.g. planning, requirements, and communications).
• Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead data-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Lead meetings including cross-functional and cross-organization stakeholders including senior leaders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
• Deliver regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership
• Establish and monitor KPIs for program performance
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to optimize resource allocation
A day in the life
A typical day might include: Driving cross-functional programs with diverse stakeholders, hosting meetings with and gathering updates from cross-functional stakeholders and developing them into a cohesive program update, identifying blockers and developing paths forward, presenting program status to leaders, developing and monitoring KPIs.

Compliance Automation and Problem Solving (CAPS) sits within AWS Security Risk and Compliance (SRC) and operates under the Compliance Operations and Regulatory Response (CORR) organization. CAPS delivers programs which deeply inspect business problems and delivers scalable automated solutions. The team values operational rigor, automation, and delivering results on time, every time. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
