Program Manager, Avionics to manage customer programs for Gilat Stellar Blu's satellite terminal and system solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, a background in commercial aviation, and the ability to work closely with customers, engineering, operations, and external partners.
What you will do- Manage customer programs and serve as the primary company representative for assigned customers.
- Lead program delivery, including schedule, scope, risks, opportunities, and customer commitments.
- Coordinate regular program reviews and key milestones, including PDRs and CDRs.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Support proposal development, strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional project activities.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive program success and integrated solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree - a must.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Program Management role.
- Program Management experience - a must.
- Previous commercial aviation experience.
- Experience with aviation systems, ISPs, or complex aircraft installations.
- Experience with aircraft certification programs (FAA, EASA, TCCA, etc.) - advantage.
- Familiarity with aircraft engineering drawings and documentation - advantage.
- Experience with commercial aviation IFEC products or services - advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Project or similar tools required.
- Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship.
