Job DescriptionThe Program Manager will report to a Division Director and shall provide technical, managerial, and administrative resources necessary to execute and successfully fulfill the contract requirements, including any approved work to support additional contract requirements beyond the initial scope of work. The PMO shall document, control, and manage all Government furnished equipment (GFE), Government furnished property (GFP), and Contractor acquired property (CAP) as appropriate.

- Frequent interact with Contract team, technical personnel, and Government personnel to maintain schedules.
Job Qualifications:- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing federal programs and contracts ($25M+) and a Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong technical experience with cloud computing environments especially with Azure. AWS and Databricks a plus.
- Deep understanding of TAK and integration tools into TAK environments.
- Strong technical experience with software development environments.
- Deep technical experience with data analysis and associated tools like Elasticsearch.
- Deep technical experience with Adtech data,
- Digital Force Protection experience.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Technical experience with database management.
- Experience with data and software tools: Kibana, Github, Python, Spark, etc.
- Mobile Device and BYOD management in cloud computing environments.
- Zero-Trust architecture experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a poly is required.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $230,000The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
