  • Act as the central hub across cross-functional internal teams supporting the program; drive alignment on priorities and decisions, escalate issues with the right context, and be accountable for resolution
  • Monitor program health and performance on a regular cadence; lead structured deep dives on customer experience, operational quality, and other key areas; present findings and share data and insights internally and with partners
  • Drive program optimization and manage the joint roadmap with partners, own the project intake process, gather requirements and impact sizing from partners, coordinate prioritization across internal teams, and ensure execution against agreed commitments
  • Identify and address gaps in processes, partner experience, or operational execution, proactively flagging risks and driving continuous improvement across the program lifecycle
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, relationship management, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in complex, multi-team environments and externally-facing programs
  • Proven track record serving as a face of the company externally, managing partner or customer relationships with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Strong program management skills, ability to drive multiple structured workstreams simultaneously across a wide range of stakeholders without losing sight of the details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for and presenting to senior internal and external audiences

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve
