Your ImpactAs a Program Manager supporting the SVP of Americas Sales, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing critical business programs and projects across the Sales organization. This role is a true force multiplier and will have a big impact on the team and across the Americas Sales organization. We are looking for someone willing to think outside of the box and leverage the power of AI - not just as a tool but as an AI process architect - to influence decision making and streamline processes.
You will work closely with executive leaders, program leaders, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that shape Cisco's sales strategies and drive meaningful executive engagement with customers, partners, and the internal team.
- Leverage AI to build repeatable and intuitive processes
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects and programs aligned with sales strategy and executive priorities
- Build and track key customer and partner engagements, and executive sponsorship activity - identifying risks, flagging opportunities, and driving meaningful interactions
- Build and manage organizational programs to drive employee engagement aligned to the Americas Sales priorities
- Partner with sales leaders and teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership
- Monitor project risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions to maintain momentum and deliver results
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Program/Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a sales or technology environment
- AI-forward thinker with strategic application
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- PMP or similar project management certification

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below:
New York City Metro Area:
$134,500.00 - $202,600.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$119,200.00 - $200,800.00
* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
