Full Job Description
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for a Program Manager to provide research support services for our government customer in Aberdeen, MD.

The Program Manager shall provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of this contract. Program Manager shall provide monthly reports that include the accurate reporting of Funds received by the Contractor and the tasks performed against those funds as part of the monthly status report.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide projected burn rates to determine whether funding is sufficient to perform work planned and highlight issues to the Government regarding funding in order to ensure continuous and uninterrupted support. During the 60-day Phase-In period, the Contractor shall meet regularly with the Government to ensure a low risk and timely transition of support from the current Contractor to the new one.
  • Responsible for management and administration of contractor personnel.
  • Responsible for hiring, firing, and staffing appropriate personnel to complete the required work.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
  • B.A./B.S. Degree in a business field required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 years experience managing complex projects and organizational leadership is required.
  • Experience with DoD or Army programs is required.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
