Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex air-to-air refueling programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, deep knowledge of air-to-air refueling systems, and experience supporting OCONUS operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and within budget.
What You'll Do- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery for air-to-air refueling projects
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure program objectives are met
- Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for program status and deliverables
- Oversee compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Support OCONUS deployments and operations (Program is OCONUS)
What You Bring- Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace or defense programs
- Direct experience with air-to-air refueling systems and associated technologies
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience supporting OCONUS operations and understanding of international logistics and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable

Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time exempt position with typical working hours supporting the Department of War Operations Center. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
