Job QualificationsSix years of experience as a project lead or project manager is required. Experience in IT projects and system enhancements are preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Manages stakeholder communications. Reports status at the program level, including interdependencies, risks and issues.
Maintains change management across the program, responsible for tracking and analyzing delivery across the entire program. Ensures completions of all program related documents and artifacts.
Provides vendor management and oversight to procurement actions (e.g. Statement of Work development, Purchase Order review)
Performs other duties as assigned.
