Program ManagerPosition Overview Type: Full-Time
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Travel: None expected
Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance required.
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required
Essential Functions- Provides supervisory and leadership oversight for the task order.
- Manages all aspects of the program to meet contract cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Directs and manages internal and external communications.
- Leads, manages, and executes task order activities in alignment with the program management plan.
- Oversees technical, cost, and schedule performance, including identifying and managing associated risks.
- Reports risks and performance updates at facility-level risk review boards.
- Prepares for and participates in mandated audits, including Inspector General, IT security, cybersecurity, physical security, environmental, health and safety, and property audits.
- Provides program control documentation, oversight, and quality control for a DoD customer.
Required Education and Experience- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- General experience must include 12 years in management or leadership roles

Salary range $135,000 - $175,000
