Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within a product/technology family. This candidate will operate independently to provide quality work products as well as perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, and implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. This candidate will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
This candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. This Program Manager may act as the team lead on projects as well as effectively consult with the management of customer organizations, participate in business development activities, and develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this Program Manager include:
- 5-10 years' experience managing complex, cross-functional, large-scale enterprise projects.
- An understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud storage is highly preferred.
- Passion for using data to solve technical and business challenges and willingness to dive into details to get the job done.
- Ability to synthesize complex elements into streamlined and robust stories for audiences of variable technical levels.
- Strong organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaborator management.
- Escalation management.
- Driving medium-term projects to improve business efficiency.
- Align the customer's general business targets with the objectives and outcomes.
- Horizon dashboard creation and SQL experience are a plus..
QualificationsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
