Program Management Team Lead to join its Saline, MI team! This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high-performing team of Program Managers contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery.
