About This RoleWe are seeking a Program Management Support Specialist to act as the focal point for the Cora Project Management tool. The primary goal of this role is to ensure high understanding, rapid adoption, and effective utilization of the Cora Program Management tool within the North America Commercial Service aftermarket project.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth plans in a defined geographic region to achieve annual sales growth targets.
- Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
- Coordinate with Sales and customer to enter appropriate account information
- Order Support
- Purchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, Professional Services and Supply Chain departments
- Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communication
- Phone support - field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders
- Quote Management
- Customer & Product Support
- Troubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issues
- Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in customer complaint process
- Actively participate with Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiency
- Add value to internal and external customers
- Support clients program/project compliance
- Lead qualification and follow up with Sales
- Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services
- Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications - Associate's degree.
- 3+ years' experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs or change management.
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or field service management software such as SAP, Salesforce, Cora or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications - Proven track record of working with end-users to drive the adoption of new software and improving user workflows.
- Preference preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software support, application support, or a similar role, preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of working with end-users to drive the adoption of new software and improving user workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ERP systems or field service management software.
- Patient & Service-Oriented: Focused on delivering an excellent user experience to technical staff.
- Collaborative: Skilled at working across teams.
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
