Full Job Description
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
This role will have limited domestic travel of approximately 10-15%
Program Manager responsible for all phases of the program; planning, execution, strategy, and management for a major classified development program.
3Develop and nourish customer relationships and potential business opportunities for additional LM business base.
3Will act as primary interface for the effort with government and contractor leadership and functional organizations.
3Lead enterprise level planning and execution strategy to coordinate contracts in a broader portfolio.
3Lead all new business opportunities (proposals, change recommendations, etc).
3Ensure the establishment of milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, continuous integration with external master schedules
3Proactive risk and opportunitiy management to identify, mitigate, and avoid program risks and issues, and exploit/enhance program opportunities.
3Accoutable for the on-time delivery of products and services to contract requirements.
Basic Qualifications
3Program or Project Management Experience
3Technical Experience or Engineering Background
3Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
3Active Secret Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

3Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
3For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
