Initiatives may span across the Global Sustainability team as well as other functions and require coordinated delivery of analysis, meeting materials, policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison with senior management, project teams and other internal and external stakeholders on sustainability related topics.
  • Actively collaborate and facilitate sustainability discussions with different departments such as sustainability, finance, data, regulatory affairs, product, and business teams as well as external partners.
  • Assist with sustainability governance administration, including logistics, charter development and secretariat activities (e.g. preparing materials and minutes) for relevant sustainability committees and other oversight groups.
  • Lead coordination of responses to sustainability governance related requests.
  • Assist with the Sustainability Program reporting including tracking of sustainability projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Provide insights on best practices for sustainability, operations, governance and program management including associated documentation.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of the Global Sustainability Office processes (including team meetings, engagement with cross-functional partners, sharepoint, and finance as well as procurement processes).
  • Ownership and maintenance of the sustainability intranet hub.
  • Ensure the highest standard of documentation is maintained to meet the requirement of internal and external auditors / assurance providers.
