What you will be doingAs the Program Management Manager you will be responsible for directing all aspects of facilitization investment to ramp production rate, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance, and leading program review sessions.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Directing facilitization investment, including infrastructure, tooling and test equipment.
- Managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of the facilitization effort.
- Negotiating subcontract changes and supporting preparation of follow-on proposals
- Acting as the primary internal customer contact and leading program review sessions.
- Directing the work of employees across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN-This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidae must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
Basic QualificationsPrior program management experience of sizable and complex activities.
Prior experience leading cross functional teams to include responsibility for quality, technical, schedule, and cost performance.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
Active Secret clearance with continuous investigation
Desired SkillsPrevious production rate ramp or production management experience.
Demonstrated high integrity and professionalism
Proven large program or project leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
Ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
Previous experience developing program schedules, subcontract statements of work, and subcontract management.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
