Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead complex cybersecurity projects and serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. This position can be location in Ft. Meade, MD or Arlington, VA and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical, schedule, cost, and contractual matters. Lead the management of project execution, including communications, performance, staffing, and transition activities, ensuring all deliverables and objectives are met.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, mission partners, and contracting officers. Provide strategic direction, program governance, and executive-level reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
  • Cybersecurity and Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a particular area of cybersecurity including but not limited to: threat management, offensive and defensive operations, network security, malware analysis, AI/ML in cybersecurity, cloud security, cryptography, secure software development, and quantum computing.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial and business management, including forecasting, budget execution, cost optimization, and performance metrics reporting to ensure program financial success.
  • Workforce and Resource Management: Lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, including cleared and uncleared personnel. Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and strategies to meet emergent customer needs.


Qualifications

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and fifteen (15) years experience; Additional four (4) years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:
  • Program and Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects, including overseeing technical execution, schedule adherence, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement for federal cybersecurity agencies.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, including cleared personnel, with expertise in hiring, mentoring, and managing team performance. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience supporting senior government stakeholders and mission partners to achieve strategic goals.
