Manager of Program Management to join its Salem, NH team! This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high-performing team of Program Managers within a fast-paced PCBA contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery. Responsibilities of theManager of Program Management: - Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
- Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast-to-actual performance.
- Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on-time delivery, and quality performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross-functional teams are aligned.
- Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations.
Qualifications of the Manager of Program Management:- Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in the field of Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2+ years leading teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services
- Experience driving customer account development.
- Strong customer relations and problem solving skills skills are a must.
- Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
