Manager of Program Management to join its Salem, NH team! This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high-performing team of Program Managers within a fast-paced PCBA contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery. It's a strong fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, customer engagement, and team development, and who can elevate both internal performance and customer confidence.

Responsibilities of theManager of Program Management:

  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast-to-actual performance.
  • Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on-time delivery, and quality performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross-functional teams are aligned.
