Job Summary:The Program Management Integrator provides cross-functional integration and direct program management support to the MRC/CAML Product Office, ensuring priorities, schedules, and activities remain aligned with program objectives. The position synchronizes efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely program execution. The integrator develops and maintains program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials while ensuring consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements. The position tracks high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure. The integrator maintains program-wide situational awareness, coordinates with key stakeholders, and identifies emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring APM or leadership attention.
Key Responsibilities:- Synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely program execution.
- Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials.
- Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements.
- Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.
- Maintain program-wide situational awareness.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders, and identifies emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
Requirements
Required Travel: 15%Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree.
- 8 year's experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office.
- Active SECRET Security Clearance is required.
Desired Experience:- Familiarity PAE Fires structure and roles.
- Familiarity with current Army acquisition processes and structures.
- Experience supporting one or more Army missile system programs.
