Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an energetic, service minded leader, who enjoys helping others to succeed by providing team members and clients with motivation and support in a positive and professional work environment as a Program Management Engineer. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will challenge teammates to achieve flawless execution goals, while maintaining strong working relationships. Success in this role is measured by the ability to grow the number of new products and drive the forecasted return on investment.

The Advanced Power Solutions product line delivers industry leading power system solutions including PMICs, Camera Flash LED drivers etc. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge power management solutions for TI's customers on time. Creative, innovative, detail-oriented engineers with strong team and customer interaction skills will find this to be an interesting and rewarding opportunity. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to release new products within cost and performance boundaries to meet customer production timelines on time.

Responsibilities include:

Project Performance Management:
  • Create and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality control processes to maintain audit readiness.
  • Track key milestones and ensure cross-functional accountability for project deliverables.
  • Drive wafer lot starts and manage material logistics to deliver samples on time.
  • Monitor budget forecasts, hold functions accountable for deliverables and proactively flag misses.
  • Execute engineering setups across TI systems per NPD guidelines from Kick off to Production Ramp.
  • Lead teams to on-time RTMs within cost, performance, and customer production timelines

Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks with functional teams and develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Provide clear direction and priorities to support decision-making across functions.
  • Facilitate root cause identification and resolution for issues.
  • Escalate critical risks promptly to ensure leadership engagement.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Build and maintain project dashboards for real-time visibility into status, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly executive status updates highlighting performance vs. baselines and any escalation needs.

Resource Management:
  • Partner with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Leadership, functional team members/managers and WW TMG.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process and methodology improvements.
  • Champion project management best practices.

Team Leadership:
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Inspire and lead cross functional teams towards flawless execution
  • Success will be measured by the ability to grow the number of new products and drive the forecasted return on investment.


Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering degree
  • 5+ years' experience with Project Engineering/Management experience on highly complex products/projects


Preferred qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence key stakeholders on deliverables
  • Successful proven track record in indirect management and influence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work directly with customers
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budgets, and quality to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a team environment and understand cross-functional and cross-cultural team dynamics
