Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Program Management Analyst (Journeyman) to support PMA-234 Advanced Development Team's Special Access Program (SAP) for the Systems Engineering Department at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program provides systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. This billet will be on-site at NAS Patuxent River located within the PMA-234 Program Office Advanced Development spaces.

  • Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.
  • Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program.
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
  • Must perform program management, technical, or business analysis tasking related to weapon systems acquisition, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series) is required.

Qualifications

  • Business, Management, Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university.
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Business, Management, Technical or Scientific AS or AA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience OR an additional six (6) years of recent and relevant experience
  • Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling are required.
  • Location: All billets will be On-Site, sitting in the Program Office spaces.

Clearance Required: Top Secret, potentially SCI. All positions will need SAP.

Travel: Minimal, perhaps once every 6 weeks.

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $118,999.00 - $141,109.00
