PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Position Overview

Sumaria Systems is seeking a Senior Program Integration & Project Management Analyst to provide systems integration, planning, scheduling, and project management support to AFLCMC/WII programs at Wright-Patterson AFB. This position supports the full spectrum of MQ-9 development, production, retrofit, acquisition, and sustainment activities while helping Government stakeholders maintain integrated program visibility and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management-level support for systems integration, planning requirements, special projects, combat systems, and related functional branches.

Support strategic and integration planning across the MQ-9 portfolio and coordinate key program details to present overall program status.

Develop, maintain, review, and analyze integrated project schedules that align logistics, engineering, test, production, retrofit, and sustainment activities.

Review and analyze Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and project schedule data in accordance with applicable DoD, DFARS, IPMR, and data-item-description requirements.

Evaluate schedule logic, links, constraints, leads, lags, relationship types, float, durations, critical path, Critical Path Length Index (CPLI), and Baseline Execution Index (BEI) using the DCMA 14-Point Schedule Health Assessment.

Review Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) information and assess CDRL IMS deliverables for compliance with applicable development and reporting requirements.

Support the development, maintenance, review, and analysis of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule information throughout the MQ-9 community.

Identify and assess potential cost, schedule, integration, and performance risks; analyze program impacts; and recommend mitigation strategies for Government consideration.

Prepare and coordinate program briefings, execution reports, decision papers, acquisition documentation, planning documents, system requirements documentation, and system integration plans.

Support technical and management conferences, meetings, periodic reporting, budget estimates, program deep dives, what-if analyses, roadmaps, and standardized schedule-management reviews.

Required Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance.

Minimum of 10 years of Microsoft Project experience.

At least two years of experience using Microsoft Project 2010.

At least two years of experience using Milestones Professional R2010 (KIDASA Software).

Demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition program management, integrated scheduling, EVMS, risk management, and technical performance reporting.

Experience applying DoD and Air Force scheduling guidance, including IMP/IMS development, schedule analysis, and schedule-health assessments.

Strong analytical, coordination, facilitation, briefing, and technical-writing skills.
