Program Integrator III - ICAM Zero Trust Support

SITEC Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Integrator III to support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust initiatives for a government customer. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can coordinate across technical and program teams, engage confidently with senior leadership, and translate complex discussions into clear actions, briefings, and status updates.

This is not a dedicated Master Scheduler position; however, the successful candidate should have experience supporting Integrated Master Schedules and tracking program activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program integration support for ICAM, Zero Trust, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, program leadership, stakeholders, and mission partners.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and review of Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, decisions, and action items.
  • Attend technical, programmatic, and leadership-level meetings.
  • Capture detailed meeting notes and accurately document decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, program updates, reports, and other presentation materials.
  • Present program information to leadership and stakeholders when required.
  • Proactively identify scheduling concerns, communication gaps, risks, and items requiring leadership attention.
  • Monitor assigned actions and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with data calls, program reviews, planning activities, and recurring status reporting.
  • Translate technical information into concise, audience-appropriate summaries.
  • Maintain organized program documentation and briefing materials.
Required Qualifications

ACTIVE TS SCI CLEARANCE W/POLY
  • Demonstrated experience providing program integration, program management, or project coordination support.
  • Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules, project milestones, dependencies, and action tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create polished, leadership-ready presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and project or schedule-management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with senior government and contractor leadership.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate program needs, and take initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting government or Department of Defense programs.
  • Must meet applicable customer security and clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting ICAM, Zero Trust, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management, requirements tracking, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience coordinating across cybersecurity, engineering, architecture, and program-management teams.
  • Knowledge of federal or Department of Defense Zero Trust strategies and implementation objectives.
