PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integrator to support our Huntsville, AL location.

 

We are seeking a seasoned, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Program Integrator to support Golden Dome for America (GDA) Program operational development and overall system integration support to the GDA’s Capability Program Manager (CPM) for Effectors in Huntsville, Alabama. Candidate will serve as a PAE Fires LNO to GDA and work closely with the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD) GDA Team supporting GDA mission. Candidate will work at GDA site in Huntsville AL. This position requires deep experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems at the program level, strategy development, and program execution support in a dynamic environment. The Program Integrator will oversee and facilitate integration of emerging capabilities across the Joint and DoW enterprise to ensure synchronization and effectiveness across the full spectrum of GDA operations. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to integrate strategies, frameworks, and resources that address organizational needs and requirements.

 

Duties:

  • Program Integration: Synchronize programmatic efforts from multiple program offices to ensure delivery of capability to GDA on time to achieve mission success.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with senior military leaders, acquisition teams, training and development departments, governmental agencies and operational units to assess needs and ensure effective integration across the GDA System of Systems
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational requirements and existing capability gaps; develop recommendations to ensure delivery of equipment to the GDA to meet operational requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategic planning and develop actionable plans to synchronize GDA capability delivery to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute meetings, forums, and summits at the working group and senior leader levels. Plan and execute recurring updates to senior leaders.
  • Lead and manage meetings, working groups, and deep dives to facilitate the integration of contributing capabilities to GDA; develop and present information papers, presentations, and out briefs for senior leadership
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of GDA related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks or challenges in the integration process and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and inter-departmental collaboration across the team.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates, reports, and briefings to senior leadership on the progress of contributing programs.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all integration efforts comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards set by the Department of Defense or applicable government agencies.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in military operations, systems integration, or related roles, with a focus on integrated fires/air and missile defense programs.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain this clearance level.
  • Strong understanding of Joint military and government Inter-Agency relationships.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose fully integrated solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in policy analysis and systems thinking in a defense or government setting.
  • Ability to balance urgency with sound decision making and careful execution.
  • Ability to balance business and technical objectives when recommending or influencing senior leader’s decisions.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information.
  • Self-starter that needs little direction/guidance on what next steps are required with projects and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, from an accredited university for the performance of these duties, a Master’s degree is preferred.
