Title:

Program Integrator

Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Program Integrator! In this role you will assist the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture (AMSA) Project Office. The Program Integrator is a role focused on ensuring the seamless execution of complex programs by coordinating various teams and processes. They act as a central point of contact, managing communication, facilitating collaboration, and monitoring progress to achieve program objectives. This role involves tracking risks, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. This position is expected to support Air Traffic Services.


Roles and Responsibilities

Programmatic Oversight:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to program cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

• Lead the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) cycle for assigned efforts.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for budget and spend plan management using the U.S. Army Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT)/CCAR.

• Develop and conduct PPBE briefings and create briefing products using the Enterprise Analytics (EA) tool.


Acquisition & Contract Management:

• Assist APM in leading cross-functional teams of engineers, logisticians, analysts, and security experts to develop staff, and negotiate contract Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Prepare and manage contract requirement packages and cabinets.

• Support the development of other agreements, including Security Control Assessments Validation (SCA-V), Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Customer Tests, Material Releases, and Common Hardware Solutions (CHS).

• Prepare Procurement and RDTE (P&R) Forms.


Strategy & Analysis:

• Advise senior management on all matters relating to assigned programs.

• Evaluate user requirements to develop and implement the most expeditious and cost-effective acquisition strategy.

• Research and interpret current DOD (DOD 5000.1, 5000.2), ASA(ALT), FAR/DFARS, and other relevant policies to guide project execution.

• Perform broad and complex studies and analysis on a variety of projects, issues, and problem cases, providing actionable recommendations.


Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare and consolidate functional input for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Army Program Budget Briefs (APBBs), and other high-level briefings.

• Maintain liaison with user organizations, test agencies, higher headquarters, and, when required, foreign Governments.

• Represent the APM at conferences and meetings relative to program acquisition strategy.

• Monitor and manage all action items and taskings through the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) to ensure timely completion.

• Will supervise up to four (4) employees


Basic Qualifications

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

· Candidate must be able to support a work schedule onsite at Redstone Arsenal and telework.

· Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience

· Experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Office software.


Preferred Qualifications

· Experienced with using Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR).

· Experience in PEO Aviation

· Experience with Air Traffic Control systems

· Former military experience
