What You Will Do *
- Lead and support the monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close process (RPLAN), ensuring completion of deliverables in accordance with established schedules and program requirements.
- Develop Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), providing financial analysis and reporting to program leadership.
- Perform PRISM and material financial analysis, including MRP updates, grouping, pegging, distribution impacts, and end-to-end material cost analysis.
- Prepare and communicate financial forecasts, commitments, risks, opportunities, and program financial status to program teams and leadership.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost, schedule, and variance analysis, identifying financial drivers and supporting corrective action planning.
- Prepare and maintain cost, schedule, funding, and financial reports using enterprise financial tools and standardized processes.
- Review and validate EAC inputs, executive presentations, proposal financial data, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial processes.
Qualifications You Must Have *
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional organizations, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and other business functions.
- Experience analyzing financial and operational data to support portfolio performance, identify cost and schedule variances, and support financial planning activities.
- Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for access to information supporting U.S. Government contracts and security clearance eligibility.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using SAP, APEX EV, Business Warehouse (BW), or comparable enterprise financial systems.
- Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) or Defense programs.
- Knowledge of government accounting requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Experience preparing financial briefings, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate27s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
