This analyst will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, in a collaborative team setting, and will support mainly large cost-plus programs.
Essential Functions:- Support programs consisting of cost plus award fee and fixed fee.
- Completing Sales, Profit and Cash forecasting and analysis.
- EVMS and financial reporting.
- Creation and maintenance of charge numbers.
- Support accounting data extraction and reconciliation.
- Help generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required to include customer reporting.
- Develop and present briefing of program financial status to customer.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
- Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.
- Knowing L3Harris policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:- Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers.
- Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with moderate supervision.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra and Hyperion.
