----Job Details:PurposeAs a member of LEARN's executive leadership team, this position manages ongoing member business relationships and leads the development of new services to better support LEARN's members and prospective partners.
Responsibilities Content Management Systems Administrator- Serve as the Content Management System (CMS) Administrator for the organization, overseeing the functionality of the website including content, design, and future upgrades/migrations.
- Oversee the management and posts of LEARN's social media platforms.
- Set the strategic direction for the LEARN Annual Report and provide guidance to the Community Engagement and Outreach team on implementation and completion of report deliverables.
- Oversee creation of LEARN's collateral, including brochures, infographics and campaigns within NetSuite platform.
- Lead and develop marketing, community engagement, and outreach initiatives by preserving and expanding the membership base through modern digital strategies; identify and meet new prospects and scope technical requirements to connect them to LEARN.
- Handle oversight of projects at a tactical, strategic, and operational level; assuming responsibility for projects that may not have a clear owner.
- Develop and implement a member retention and member engagement program with actionable performance targets.
LEARN's Subject Matter Expert- Serve as LEARN's Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of escalation for all process-related queries regarding business development, outreach, and customer service issues.
- Implement short- and long-term strategic goals by creating a business development plan for marketing, sales, and outreach initiatives, focusing on actionable performance targets.
- Oversee all grant and RFP processes to ensure full compliance with guidelines, serving as a liaison between investigators, granting agencies, and collaborators; lead the writing, editing, and submission of proposals; review and submit required grant reports; and provide feedback on responses to RFPs and Form 470s (E-Rate) as needed.
- Develop and implement a demand management process. Track and forecast resource utilization and provide reports, as requested. Track and update projects for the organization and provide reports, as requested.
- Oversee all forms of communication with LEARN staff, members, stakeholders, collaborators, and potential customers; including presentations, proposals, email correspondence, reports, press releases etc.
- Identify and analyze member's strategic plans and initiatives with the goal of finding opportunities for LEARN to provide support.
- Oversee all tasks, deadlines, and materials for Quarterly Board Meetings, Governance & Participation, Operations & Services, Executive Committee, and any ad hoc committee meetings.
- Educate members and potential members about LEARN's services and be able to articulate the technology and value of LEARN.
- Attend national/regional/local meetings on behalf of the organization; gather national data on services, applications, and other business development opportunities from LEARN's peers across the country.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree + 10 years of experience developing and interpreting financials related to technology and understanding business drivers and the relationship to technology solutions.
- Strong team-oriented leader, focused on LEARN's success over individual or team success.
- Experience developing long-term revenue forecasts and ROI models.
- Familiarity with current and emerging networks, cybersecurity and information technologies preferred.
- Experience in growing and maintaining facilities based IT and network infrastructure business strategies preferred.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

- Demonstrated strength in staff development and team building that empowers and elevates team members, combined with proven experience in vendor management and in maintaining and growing a member or customer base.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with technical knowledge and strategic insight needed to guide LEARN and its members in understanding emerging technologies and their potential impact on business strategies.
- Possess exceptionally high ethical standards and the ability to demonstrate integrity in all interactions with LEARN staff, peers, and members of the community.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for learning, embracing, and facilitating change, envisioning a powerful future, and helping others to achieve that future.
Salary Range$160,000 + depending on qualifications

- Travel to the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area and other locations throughout Texas is expected, totaling up to 25% of the role. This includes visits to existing and prospective member venues and LEARN sites, as well as attendance at regional and national meetings and conferences across North America. Overnight travel of up to 25% annually is also required.

This position has the option to elect the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) instead of TRS, subject to the position being 40 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
